2024-25 Academic Year Enrollment Process

Your family and child are warmly invited to tour our school and spend time in our classroom and garden. Meeting our Lead Teacher and providing your family and child a feel for our Montessori school is an important part of the admissions process. Currently all tours are scheduled in advance by contacting us here, calling 707-996-2456 or by sending an email to the school at info@CrescentMontessori.com
Once your family and child have visited the school, our Director will contact you about admissions and recommend a schedule that will support your child’s transition to Crescent’s prepared environment, and meet your family’s scheduling needs. You will also discuss a start date if the school year has already begun.
Complete the Registration process online. A non-refundable $500 Registration Fee secures your child’s position and is used towards school materials. You may pay for your Registration Fee either via check made out to Crescent Montessori School (Mail to: Crescent Montessori School, 276 E Napa Street, Sonoma, CA 95476), or online with PayPal via the button below. Then complete the Registration Form online below. The school’s Administration will contact you with further instructions to complete state-mandated paperwork and how to enroll in Smart Tuition.
This Registration Form must be completed for the Academic Year, Montessori After School (MAS) Program and Summer Camp. Registration Fees for the Academic Year ($500) are non-refundable and required to ensure your child’s enrollment at Crescent. Fees will be paid through our Enrollment Software, linked below, or by special arrangement. To arrange for alternate payment, please email us at info@crescentmontessori.com
Please note that this registration serves as your commitment to attending Crescent Montessori for the entire school year. For the Academic year, if you must withdraw from the program after August 1, 2024, you will still be responsible for the full year's tuition.
Summer Camp 2024 fees must be paid in full to secure your child’s position. Summer camp cancellation or changes need to be announced by June 1st to the Director (info@crescentmontessori.com) or else the schedule is set and fees are non-refundable.
